As a patent agent for the past 7 years, he has worked with more than 50 startup companies. Some of these clients include Google, Twilio, Cruise Automation, Duo Security, Eero, Estimote, Interana, Kumu Networks and Vicarious. He spearheads patent research and strategy for startups who are doing innovative technologies across different industries such as autonomous vehicles, consumer electronics, computer security, IoT, machine learning and neural networks, RF electronics and Big Data analysis.

His passion to continue working with startups is driven by his desire to make an impact in technology by helping companies explore innovations through their patent strategies. His experience working with startups has also given him a deeper understanding of the unique challenges that startups face, making him a good fit for small to medium-sized companies who are looking for expert advice in their patent requirements.

While doing his PhD in EE in Stanford, he also worked as a researcher focusing on NEMS/MEMS and Photonics with support from National Science Foundation (NSF) Graduate Research Fellowship Program (GRFP).
